You have fully read and reviewed the Code Sample and Notable Features of the Post Processor you purchase. You agree to pay the full purchase price of the Post in reliance on these representations alone. All sales are final. There are no refunds after the completion of your purchase. NextGenPosts.com and the Post Processor reserve the right to charge an additional fee for updated versions of any Post.
We make no representations or warranties with respect to this site or its content, or any product or service available on or promoted through this site. This site and all of its content (including user-generated content) are provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis, without representations or warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law.
Purchasing grants you a non-exclusive, temporary license to use the Post Processor at your enterprise and site only. For example, if your organization has multiple offices or locations, you may not copy or transfer this post to other locations. Each separate work site must purchase its own copy of the Post Processor.
Some Post sellers may have additional restrictions on the use of their Post. These may include encryption and methods to lock a Post to a particular CAD/CAM license or Computer. Be sure to check a Post’s Notable Features before purchasing.
You agree not to give, sell, or transfer the Post Processor to any other entity. This includes, but is not limited to, email and posting on forums.

myCamPost.com and its licensors retain title to, and all other rights with respect to, the Post Processor and all copies thereof, including, without limitation, any related copyrights, trademarks, or other Intellectual Property rights. These rights extend to any products or properties derived. Most Post Processors on this site are derived from library post processors that are included at no charge when you purchased your CAD/CAM software license. You are bound by the software license agreement of both the manufacturer of the CAD/CAM software and this license agreement.
In case of any dispute, myCamPost.com shall reserve the right to refund you the purchase price of the Post as complete settlement of any grievance you may have. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, any remedy paid shall not exceed the purchase price of the Post.
We make every effort to ensure the data provided in the Code Sample and Notable Features is accurate and informative. However, because code requirements between makes, models and configurations of machines and versions of CAD/CAM can vary, it is ultimately your responsibility to fully test the purchased Post and exercise extreme caution –particularly when running the first programs or whenever using any feature not yet tested.
In no case shall myCamPost.com or the Post Processor developer be held liable for any damages, injury, loss of work, or any other physical or monetary damages caused by use of this Post Processor.
